Chic Workspaces from John Lewis

A few weeks ago I did a post on items I would love to add to my home office space so I thought it only fitting to follow that up with a post on Chic Workspaces. John Lewis is a great department store in the U.K that also ships worldwide so wherever you are you can get your hands on their goodies. They sell everything from fashion to homewares so whatever you’re after John Lewis is the place to go. I love the diversity of products and in this case they have everything I need to complete my home office look, leaving it looking stylish and professional. Below are some of my favourite picks of products for a chic home office look.

Pastel Love– I am a big lover of prints and pictures for the wall and this one is so fitting for the office as the letters in the print are typed. The frame is a pale colour so very fitting for the pastel, girly theme. This office space is most fitting to my style as I love pretty, feminine areas and this would definitely be where I could see myself sitting back in a comfy chair, sipping on a coffee whilst blogging away and planning my day.

Modern Brights-What better way to work than in a gorgeous bright space?! This area is fabulous because no matter what your favourite colour you could tailor the office to suit you. I love this throw rug as it adds a homely and warm feel and could brighten up any room. Team it with a black, white, or wooden desk and it would still look stunning. The throw rugs come in a range of styles and colours, so why not grab a few to mix it up every few weeks?!

Bold Statements– Black and white…. How can you go wrong?! It is so classic and timeless and you can never get sick of it. There is something about a neutral room that just screams sophistication and style, I can absolutely see myself getting comfy in this room. The Kartell Bourgie table lamp is the perfect fit for this style of room, I love that it’s different from the normal lamp you see, it is bold and makes you stop and look twice. Place it on top of a big white table of desk and watch it pop!

Essentials-Do you enjoy minimalistic simple style? Then this is the office for you! Keeping your life clean, fresh and clutter free is simple with a workspace like this. The James Desk has a no frills, rustic look to it that would look fabulous teamed with all white accessories and a glass candle burning in the corner along with a fresh vase of flowers. With easy folding ability this is the perfect desk if you need to fold it away often to create room for other things.

Elegant Simplicity– I am simply loving clear, plastic accessories at the moment so when I found this Philippe Starck chair I instantly started crushing on it! It is so different and like no other chairs you see it is sure to add a little somethin somethin to your office. The wonderful thing about this chair is it would go with any colour scheme and instantly gives the room a modern and fun feel.

What better way to finish off and compliment your workspace or any room in your house than with John Lewis beautiful inset ceiling lights. There is a huge range of beautiful lights to suit any style and house. My favourite are the stunning chandeliers, so glamorous and stylish. There is everything from painted lights to chrome to glass. Why not pick up a different one for each room? It will soon become the feature and centerpiece for everyone to wow over!

So what are you waiting for, do yourself a favour and hop on over to John Lewis to check out their amazing range of products and chic up your home asap!
