Morning Smoothie Recipes

If you’re anything like me, morning’s consist of rushing around, trying to get out the door on time. So a Protein Smoothie is the perfect Breakfast option!

The morning is my workout time so a Protein Smoothie is also the perfect thing to follow after a workout as I am getting my daily dose of the good stuff.

I typically stick to the same Smoothie recipe most days but sometimes I like to change it up. Today I’ll be sharing with you my go to recipes and hopefully they can help make your morning’s a little more fruity and help you get out the door quickly.

Bangin Berry

1/2 – 3/4 Cup Cold Water

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries

1/4 Cup Frozen Strawberries

1/4 Cup Frozen Coconut

1 Frozen Banana

1 Tablespoon Peanut or Almond Butter

4 Ice Cubes

Blend & Enjoy!

I like my smoothies relatively thick but you can add more water if you prefer a runnier consistency.

Pina Colada

1/2 – 3/4 Cup Cold Water

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Frozen Banana

1/4 Cup Frozen Pineapple

1/4 Cup Frozen Coconut

4 Ice Cubes

Blend & Enjoy!

┬áThis smoothie is super scrumptious and really does taste like a Pina Colada minus the alcohol but it is very sweet so possibly a half serving will be enough unless you’re a sweet tooth.

Raspberry Ripe

1/2 – 3/4 Cup Cold Water

1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder

1 Frozen Banana

1/2 Cup Frozen Raspberries

4 Ice Cubes

Blend & Enjoy!

I have yet to find a nice Green Smoothie Recipe I love so if you have any tasty ones I would love your recommendations!
